The Best Coconut Cold Brew Coffee for Summer

I tried the coffee that requires a blender and honestly, it's just too many steps! So, I came up with my own recipe that only requires shaking. Not only do I get a mini workout but I also get to dance and sing "shake, shake, shake" with my kiddos. At least on the mornings they're actually awake.

Ingredients: 
Trader Joe's Coconut Cold Brew Concentrate (or any cold brew concentrate, however, if it isn't coconut, then it isn't coconut)
Oat milk or preferred milk 
Collagen protein powder
MCT oil

Directions:
1. Pour 1 part cold brew concentrate and 2 parts milk into a jar and mix
2. Add the collagen protein powder based on package serving size, tighten the lid, and shake until it is dissolved (this is where you dance)
3. Add the MCT oil (if you're new to MCT oil, start small and work your way up to 1 tablespoon), tighten the lid, and shake until frothy
4. Add ice- I don't add ice because everything is cold and I don't want to water it down, however, you might like it a bit colder. 
5. Enjoy! 

I'm basically drinking this deliciousness as my breakfast and then having something light between coffee and lunch. The protein powder makes this rich and filling plus the benefits of collagen are irresistible. Summer months are sometimes too hot to really dig into breakfast, which is why I think this is perfect for summer.
