Easy Watermelon Popsicles

There's nothing like a refreshing popsicle on a hot afternoon or morning or in the bath...if I'm being honest. I've found a few brands of popsicles at the grocery store that we really love, but I took it upon myself to come up with a few to make ourselves.

We made watermelon blueberry popsicles to kick off summer and they were a hit! They're delicious and nutritious. Plus, they only have 2 ingredients and can be made in less than 5 minutes (not including freeze time).

1. Watermelon Cucumber Cooler from Trader Joe's
2. Frozen blueberries from anywhere

1. Fill your popsicle molds (we got ours at Dollar Tree) with frozen blueberries
2. Cover the blueberries with Watermelon Cucumber Cooler to the top of molds
3. Place handles inside of each mold
4. Freeze for about 5 hours or overnight

I want to experiment with different fruits and juices...I'm thinking frozen mango with carrot/orange juice. My kids are loving carrots right now!
